House Rules
Check-in: from 3 PM until 9 PM
Check out: until 11 AM
We kindly ask our Guests to let us know their time of arrival, so that we can organize the check-in, and to as well contact us when they are 30 minutes away from our location. If the Guests are coming by plane, they are kindly asked to send us a message when they leave the airport.
Early check-in:
Upon request and subjected to availability.
Late check-in:
Our official check-in time is until 9 pm.
Late check-in is free of charge until 10 PM.
For late check-in after 10 PM, we charge a fee of:
- 10 euros for our Hostel's rooms
- 15 euros for our Apartments and Luxury Suites.
Late check-out:
Late check-out is not possible if we expect Guests in the accommodation on departure day.
If we don't expect any Guests, the late check-out fee is the regular price for the night.
No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in our accommodations.
A large number of our accommodations have a dedicated space for smokers: terraces, patios or smoking rooms.
No pets allowed
Sorry for that.
No parties allowed
Parties are not allowed in our accommodations.
If the Guests don't respect this rule, they will be asked to leave the accommodation immediately, without refund.
Quiet hours:
From 10 PM until 9 AM.
We kindly ask our Guests to respect the quiet hours in the building, in the elevator, on terraces or in patios and in the accommodations.
To the attention of our Guests staying in our accommodations with patios in Kolarčeva 5:
Because of the high acoustic level of the inner courtyards, we kindly ask our Guests not to talk loudly or listen to loud music while sitting in the outside area. Upon the building's rules, the use of the courtyards between 10 PM and 9 AM is not allowed. In case our Guests need to use the outside space during this time interval, we kindly ask them to do it in total silence (no conversation, no phone talk, no music).
If the Guests don't respect this rule, they will be asked to leave the accommodation immediately, without refund.
Property damage:
We kindly ask our Guests to take care of their accommodation and to avoid any damage to the devices, the furniture, the equipment and the walls. Any damage will be charged.
Upon our inspection, all the electrical devices are in order. If the Guests notice any malfunction, they are kindly asked to report it immediately to the reception.
Towel policy:
Upon the Law on Tourism of the Republic of Serbia, we replace the towels after every third night.
The towels will be replaced only upon request of the Guests.
The Guests can call or leave a message on Viber/WhatsApp number +381 61 5775000 (with the name of the accommodation).
The towels will be replaced during the working hours of the cleaning staff from 11 am to 3 pm.
The used towels have to be given to the cleaning staff in exchange for the fresh ones.
We kindly ask our Guests to use the towels only for their purpose. Please do not use them as bath mats or to clean your shoes. Hair dyeing in the accommodations is also strictly forbidden.
The Guests will be charged the amount of 5 euros for each irreparably damaged towel.

Linen policy:
Upon the Law on Tourism of the Republic of Serbia, we replace the linen after every seventh night.
The linen will be replaced only upon request of the Guests.
The Guests can call or leave a message on Viber/WhatsApp number +381 61 5775000 (with the name of the accommodation).
The linen will be replaced during the working hours of the cleaning staff from 11 am to 3 pm.
We kindly ask our Guests not to eat or drink in the beds.
The Guests will be charged the amount of 25 euros in case of irreparably damaged linen.
