Preauthorization of the Guests' cards:
By confirming their reservation and leaving their credit card details, Guests allow ABC Accommodations Belgrade to preauthorize their card for 30% of the amount of the reservation.
The Guests will get a confirmation of their reservation right after they finish the reservation procedure. In case the credit card details are not valid or if the card does not have enough funds to be preauthorized, Guests will get a message and will be asked to update their credit card details. In case Guests do not answer with 2 hours or if the new details are again invalid, the reservation will be cancelled.
Cards that bear a name other than the name of the Guest will not be accepted.
Remaining balance:
The remaining balance (70% of the amount of the reservation) is to be paid upon arrival.
Touristic Tax:
The Touristic Tax of the Town of Belgrade is not included in our prices.
The Touristic Tax is to be paid upon arrival and is calculated per person, per night, as follows:
Children under the age of 7: 0,00 RSD
Children from 7 to 15 years of age: 80,00 RSD (0.68 euro)
Guests above 15 years of age: 160,00 RSD (1,36 euro)
Cancellation Fee:
In case Guests cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be applied.
In case Guests cancel their reservation less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the Guest's card will be charged with the remaining balance of the amount of the reservation (70%).
No Show Fee:
In case Guests do not show up, the Guests' card will be charged with the remaining balance of the amount of the reservation (70%).
Reception Working Hours:
Mon-Fri: 09 AM-5 PM
Sat-Sun: 10 AM-3 PM
Check-in: from 3 PM until 9 PM
Check out: until 11 AM
We kindly ask our Guests who arrive after the working hours of the reception to let us know their approximate time of arrival and to contact us when they are 30 minutes away from our location.
Early check-in:
Early check-in is possible from 10 AM, but only if the accommodation is not occupied the night before the arrival of the guests.
Late check-in:
Late check-in is free of charge until 11 PM.
For late check-in after 11 PM, we charge a fee of 10 euros for our Hostel's rooms and a fee of 15 euros for our Apartments and Luxury Suites.
Late check-out:
Late check-out is not possible if we expect Guests in the accommodation on departure day.
If we don't expect any Guests, the late check-out fee is the regular price for the night.
No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in our accommodations.
A large number of our accommodations have a dedicated space for smokers: terraces, patios or smoking rooms.
No pets allowed
Sorry for that.
No parties allowed
Parties are not allowed in our accommodations.
If the Guests don't respect this rule, they will be asked to leave the accommodation immediately, without refund.
Quiet hours:
From 10 PM until 9 AM.
We kindly ask our Guests to respect the quiet hours in the building, in the elevator, on terraces or in patios and in the accommodations.
If the Guests don't respect this rule, they will be asked to leave the accommodation immediately, without refund.
Property damage:
We kindly ask our Guests to take care of their accommodation and to avoid any damage to the devices, the furniture, the equipment and the walls. Any damage will be charged.
Upon our inspection, all the electrical devices are in order. If the Guests notice any malfunction, they are kindly asked to report it immediately to the reception.
Towel policy:
Upon the Law on Tourism of the Republic of Serbia, we replace the towels after every third night.
The towels will be replaced only upon request of the Guests.
We kindly ask our Guests to use the towels only for their purpose. Please do not use them as bath mats or to clean your shoes. Hair dyeing in the accommodations is also strictly forbidden.
The Guests will be charged the amount of 5 euros for each irreparably damaged towel.
Linen policy:
Upon the Law on Tourism of the Republic of Serbia, we replace the linen after every seventh night.
The linen will be replaced only upon request of the Guests.
We kindly ask our Guests not to eat or drink in the beds.
The Guests will be charged the amount of 25 euros in case of irreparably damaged linen.
